For a binding appointment we need your phone number (mobile is best) and an email address. We use these to remind you automatically – 48 hours before by email and 24 hours before by text message.

Fair & binding
So there’s enough time and calm for every guest, a few transparent rules apply to appointments with us. Here’s an overview.
Deposit
A deposit of 100 € is required for CURLSYS® haircuts and bridal styling. It is credited 100 % towards the price of your appointment. If the deposit is not received at least one week before the appointment, we reserve the right to cancel it on our side.
Cancellation & no-show fees
For all appointments: in the event of a short-notice cancellation we charge a cancellation fee.
- Less than 48 hrs before50 € flat
- Less than 24 hrs before50 % of the planned services, but at least 50 €
