If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, your details will be stored by us for processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. For online appointment booking we use the booking service Instyler (mitdenkt.io). The calendar is not embedded in our site but opened via a link in a new tab. Only when you actively click this link are you forwarded to the provider, where the data you enter there (e.g. name, contact details, preferred time) is processed to carry out the booking.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation/performance of the treatment contract). The provider is responsible for the data processing within the calendar; please note their privacy information.

To display fonts consistently we use web fonts that are embedded locally on our server. When a page is called up, no connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google Fonts) is established.

This website does not use tracking cookies and does not use any analytics or marketing services (e.g. Google Analytics). No usage profiles are created.

To store your cookie decision we use only a technically necessary entry in your browser’s local storage. This serves solely to remember your choice, is not transmitted to third parties and is not used for analytics. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Our website contains links to external offers, such as Google Maps for route planning. These services are only loaded when you actively click the corresponding link and open the external page in a new tab. There is no automatic embedding.
